S.A. Atlantis

General information

On the 20th of November the moment will arise we all have been waiting for…. the fifth birthday of S.A. Atlantis! As usual, there will be dinner, but - since this is the first lustrum - there will be also special events around this dinner. Before dinner there is a very nice secret activity and after the dinner, we will have an open party at Aspen Valley. Where welcome drinks will be provided!

Because this is our first lustrum; so a very special occasion for us all, we also wanted to do something for someone else. The dinner itself will cost €6, but if you pay €10 for the dinner, we will donate €8 to a charity. The charity we will be donating to is Global Greengrants Fund (GGF). GGF is a charitable foundation that makes small grants to grassroots environmental causes around the worlds. These funds are used to support groups working on issues of environmental justice, sustainability, and conservation. So this is a very special opportunity to add something to sustainability, you only pay €4 more, and we make sure €8 gets donated to GGF, how great is that! GGF will be around more this lustrum, but only now your donation gets doubled :)

Secret activity

First off, the secret activity! This activity will be done in groups. This is an activity that will take place outside, so please keep an eye on the weather conditions and dress appropriately! Furthermore, it is a very epic activity and something that is a once in a life time experience (promise of the Lustrum Committee), that is also why we limited the sign ups to 64 people. Please make sure to sign up fast (first come = first serve)! If you are too late, you can sign up for a waiting list and we will see what we can do for you.

 

Update 31-10-2018: Waiting list open! Signing up for the waiting list puts you on the waiting list for the secret activity. It does still give you access to dinner as dinner tickets are not limited. There is a big chance that you will still be able to join the activity, Lust is working hard for you and needs to know how many extra spots need to be arranged.

 

The secret activity will take approximately one hour per group. Simultaneously to the secret activity, DrinksCo has organized a very nice DiMiBo!

Lustrum Kick off Dinner

Dinner will be held in the atrium of the Ravelijn building, If you join please make sure to bring your own plates and cutlery as we do not have enough to provide this for everyone. For members coming from outside Enschede, cutlery will be provided. With the Lustrum Kick-off ticket, you get access to the dinner as well as 2 welcome drinks.

Party

In the evening, we will end the lustrum kick-off activity with a party at Aspen Valley! A free welcome shot is available for everybody that has a ticket. Clear your agenda for the morning after, because it’s going to be a night to remember.

 

Alumni - sleeping spots

For alumni members outside Enschede, the lustrum committee will try to arrange sleeping spots if necessary. Please bear in mind that a sleeping spot is not guaranteed if you request a sleeping spot. You can do this by mentioning it in the comment when signing up for the activity. The Lustrum Committee will then contact you to see what can be arranged.
