Dear third years,

After the graduation ceremony on the 6th of July, there will be a BBQ organised on the O&O square for the whole class of 2019, their families, and the ATLAS staff. The BBQ will start after the reception in the Waaier, which is around 17:30. The costs for joining the BBQ are between 13 and 15 euros. The exact amount will be defined once there is a clear view of how many people are joining. You can sign up for yourself and the family members that you bring along. You can sign up until the 1st of July. When joining the BBQ, you can choose either one of the following meals.

Meat: Chicken filet in curry marinade, Texas style fillet chop, marinated chicken skewer, Mexican barbecue sausage, grill burger. 

Vegetarian: Grilled vegetable mix, fresh vegetable skewer, sweetcorn skewer, marinated burger, saté skewer

Apart from this the BBQ will include bread, several sauces, and the following salads: cucumber salad in cream sauce, pasta salad, fresh fruit, peaches, German Kartoffel salad, Russian salad, mixed raw salad.

Finally, for the people that do not want to join the BBQ, there will be a possibility to join around 8:30 for a drink!
